Parts book Adler class 568 - Vintage technical documentations

The post bed sewing machine Adler class 568 was the predecessor of class 768. The 768 was replaced by the actual class 868 from the M-Type series of Dürkopp Adler.

Vintage leaflets for Adler sewing machines - Part 6: Automation

Kochs Adler AG was a specialist for automation in the sewing industry. A big variety of automatic sewing units was offered especially for the shirt industry which played an important role for the industrialisation in Bielefeld with companies like Seidensticker and others.

Engineered sewing workstations of class 550 were and are still today workplaces with special equipments to ensure maximum profitability for one sewing operation.

The pocket setters class 801 and 804 were designed for the shirt and jeans industry.

Automatic sewing units of class 900 were mainly used in the shirt industry.

Under classes higer than 1000 Adler offered more automatic sewing units, and also some OEM products.

Vintage leaflets for Adler sewing machines - part 3

Many sewing machines of the former Kochs Adler AG are still in use and are traded as used machines since decades. It is important to know exactly which class and subclass the machine has to identify spare parts correctly or use the right manuals.
Today, we are publishing the next part of the historical documentation in the download section of this blog.

The leaflets for Adler class 67 part 1, 67 part 2, 167 part 1, 167 part 2, 168, 220, 221266 and 267 part 1, 267 part 2 have been added.

These machines have been sold in various subclasses, so we have divided some catalogues into two parts. The files are very large, so the download can take a couple of minutes.

Dürkopp Parts Book Class 556 - Vintage technical documentation

The legendary buttonhole machine Dürkopp class 556 is still in use in some factories, due to its robust construction. Of course, many spare parts for this machine are also still available.

We are publishing today the parts list dated 1975 in two files, because the book has nearly 200 pages which makes the scanned file very large. Even divided, the file sizes are over 17 MB, so the download can take a while.

Here are the parts books for sewing machine Adler class 30, Adler class 104, Adler class 105.

We have published also an overview for hemmers for classes 67, 104, 105, 204, 205, 167, 367, 467, 220, 296, 370, 396, 1296, etc. and another technical documentation with  braiding, piping and cording feet and attachment for old Adler sewing machines

Many Adler sewing machines which are not produced any more since many years or decades are still in use. So, some historical technical information coud be helpful. Here is a first download with  braiding, piping and cording feet and attachment for old Adler sewing machines  like classes 67, 68, 104, 105, 167, 168, 169, 199, 220, 296, 396, 1296 .

Not all of these parts are still being produced, but in some cases they could be done by a special manufacturing.
The file is pretty large with 17MB, so it could take a while to download it.
