Synchronizers P6-1 and P7-1

The synchronizers P6-1 (Mat.Nr, 0990 254306) and P7-1 (Mat.Nr. 9800 327003) are only available as spare parts through the Dürkopp Adler Sales organization. Efka does not offer these synchronizers anymore.

Due to a drastic price increase of an electronic pre-supplier, the sales price has unfortunately increased significantly, too. Instead of discontinuing these materials due to the high cost, Dürkopp Adler has decided in favour of its customers to stock a large quantity of these synchronizers to secure a spare parts supply for a long period of time.

The synchronizers are used for DC1600 motors from Efka. These motors may be exchanged by the new model DC1550. Check further information about it in a post about exchange possibilities for DC1600 motors.

Positionsgeber P6-1 und P7-1

Die Positionsgeber P6-1 (Mat.Nr, 0990 254306) und P7-1 (Mat.Nr. 9800 327003) sind nur noch über die Dürkopp Adler Vertriebsorganisation als Ersatzteil bestellbar. Die Fa. Efka bietet diese Positionsgeber nicht mehr an.

Durch eine immense Preiserhöhung eines Elektronik-Vorlieferanten hat sich der Verkaufspreis leider extrem erhöht. Die Dürkopp Adler AG hat aber im Sinne ihrer Kunden entschieden, trotz der Kostensteigerung eine große Menge dieser Positionsgeber zu bevorraten, um die Ersatzteilversorgung über einen langen Zeitraum zu sichern.

Is the EFKA DC1600 Motor still available as a spare part?

No, the production of the DC1600 sewing motor is discontinued. It is not available as a spare part anymore.
However, old DC1600 motors can still be repaired. To do this, it is necessary to send it to Dürkopp Adler in Germany or an authorized service partner through your local distribution partner.

If even a repair is not possible anymore, the old DC1600 motor can often be replaced by the new DC1550 motor with an exchange kit. This kit should be assembled to your machine only by your local Dürkopp Adler distribution partner because there are lots of different exchange kits for various machine classes.

Gibt es den EFKA DC1600-Motor noch als Ersatzteil?

Die Produktion des EFKA DC1600-Motors für Dürkopp Adler-Maschinen ist eingestellt. Er ist nicht mehr als Ersatzteil erhältlich.
DC1600-Motoren können aber noch repariert werden. Dazu muß der Motor in der Regel über einen Dürkopp Adler-Vertriebspartner an das Werk in Deutschland oder einen lokalen autorisierten Servicepartner geschickt werden.

Falls auch eine Reparatur nicht mehr möglich ist, besteht häufig die Möglichkeit des Umbaus auf das neue Motormodell DC1550. Dieser Umbau sollte von einem Dürkopp Adler Vertriebspartner durchgeführt werden, da es Unterschiede beim Umbau von Klasse zu Klasse gibt.
