Improve the sewing result by using an optical edge monitoring device for Dürkopp Adler class 550-867

In its standard version, the sewing unit comes with a special mechanical edge guide including a notch detection. However, unsteady margins between edge and seam still can occur.

This can be avoided with the sensory monitoring device. The user is warned by a light when he is inaccurately guiding the material. The sewing process will be interrupted when sewing outside of the tolerance. This improves the sewing result so that highest quality requirements can be fulfilled.
